Log:

Today, I helped update and create a list of trick-or-treating times in the towns of Delmarva. The list shows what times children are supposed to trick-or-treat on Halloween this year in each town. I had to look up each town on WBOC's list from 2014 and confirm the times on the list. Some of the towns had changed their information. I used town hall websites for the towns and some had recent press releases that talked about Halloween trick-or-treating policies. After I finished the list, I wrote summaries for two DelmarvaLife video clips.

Reflection:

I actually did not know that towns had specific time frames when kids were supposed to go trick-or-treating. I don't ever remember there being a certain time when we had to stop, but I do think that is a very smart thing to have. Researching primary sources for the information on every town was kind of hard at first. I was coming up with a lot of old information that hadn't been updated or other secondary sources. Once I figured out how to find that information it got a lot easier though.
